“It was a decent place to stay. Some looked to be updated while other parts did not. Pool is very tiny and fitness center is just 4 cardio machines. Breakfast is not included. The staff I spoke with were nice. It’s a convenient location and fairly priced. Would stay again”

“Our room was comfortable and quiet. The lobby area was nice to hang out in, breakfast offerings were plentiful and very good. Outdoor inner courtyard very pleasant. At check-in the front desk person was not welcoming and refused to help us with a discrepancy between the reserved price and what reception was going to charge. Fortunately another staff member summoned the Operations Manager on duty. She was very helpful and courteous and was able to address and correct the problem.”

“Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!”

“stayed for four nights and did not get any cleaning services or new towels. The papers they put on the counter say for longer stays they will go in for housekeeping on the third night but nothing was done. smelled like cigarettes every floor even though there are signs that smoking is not allowed.”

“We had stayed at this property before and enjoyed our stay. This time we also enjoyed the room, but we felt that the room we were given was not one that was normally used. We first noticed that the aerator was missing from the sink. I told the staff and it was installed. The bed was comfortable, but in the bathroom the mirror was pretty beat up. The bathroom door dragged along the floor because it was splintered. We also noticed that the bottom of the door was quite dirty. I couldn't help……

“Easy access to I69. Walkable to stores and restaurants. Great breakfast to order off menu, buffet is ok. Bar was packed for race weekend! Staff was outstanding!”
